Lilies of the valley

Remind me of our long distance cycle tour through France. It must definitely have been the most beautiful and warm weather ever. It was the first of May, a public holiday. Spring Festival and Labour Day (Fête du Travail). Many people give each other a 'brin de muguet' a Lily of the valley (a bunch of these flowers). With such a flower you wish someone you like good luck. Children sold them and so I cycled that day with a bunch of Lily of the valley. And it was such nice weather.
