The Drinker

I had a lovely time today first at Chailey common where I found the wonderful Heath Milkwort  (See extra), and at Southwater woods this afternoon where I came across my main blip, the amazing Drinker moth larva sitting on a large grass stalk, This larva is quite huge, and I am guessing final instar as it was about the same size as my forefinger, a truly beautiful beast.
