A-fly-by-your-pants-kinda-night

What a great first day of spring break.

Had dinner tonight with the fam and talked about things I never expected to hear from them... I did not expect one of them to say something that I say almost every time the subject is brought up (and am told that I'm crazy for thinking it...) Anywho, it was "You don't now if you're really dead when you die. How do you not know you're just locked in a box and watching yourself waste or feel the pain of cremation?" I know it's slightly morbid but I mean, you really don't know no matter how much you think you do... Enough of the analytical after-life jibber jabber.

Ended up feeling like hanging out after dinner so I drove back home to good ol Fort Worth and kicked it with the hubs and some of his friends shortly before heading out for an unexpected night on the town with a bestie!! I mean, not before eating the curb in the crazy rain we were getting, of course, in our new car...

We had some drinks, some laughs, and found ourselves reminiscing back to college. Great night!! We ended it with dancing like fools but who cares?! We were on top of the world at that moment.
