A pair of Mallard ducks

We went for a stroll along the river this morning and we came across this pair of Mallard ducks. They didn't seem at all bothered as we walked past them. It is  surprising how these birds seem to accept our presence. We have Herons here too which seem happy to live alongside us humans.
