After days of uncomfortably high temperatures and not feeling able to go out for a run there was finally a welcome drop in temperature. I have avoided my training for the past few days but it felt good to get back out in my new running shoes. My little iphone running app tells me I've done 25 miles in these new trainers, not bad but I'm hoping to have done a few hundred before the half marathon!
