After my rant about SSE a while ago, my bill arrived today on line with no sign of a rebate and asking if we wanted to apply for a Smart Meter.  Of course I wanted to phone again but Foloh likes an easy life and says it would only be stressful so I have to leave it for now. However I shall remember and I have kept the letter. Chancers!!
