Passing Alley

The old East End of London lives on through the names of roads, alleyways and green spaces. This gloomy cut-through is near Cloth Fair, Silk Lane, Hosiers Lane and Ropemakers Street. It is also close to Smithfield Meat Market (still busy between 2:00am and 10:00am), so we have Cowcross Street, Cock Street and Lamb Lane nearby.
