What is "Bear Building"?  I found this place very confusing.

I was in Worthing at the Brighton Implant Centre to see about a dental implant.  These things cost around £3k in most places but apparently as little (!) as £1400 at the BIC.  The visit was after a long drive from Dorset and I had another long drive back, but at least I found out what might be involved.
