Caspar was busy telling this lot off - from the safety of the other side of the wall of course.

Did a full group walk today plus the horses morning and night and it was fine. Everything just takes me a bit longer and I can't rush anymore. And I needed an afternoon nap to recharge. Got to stop feeling so guilty about it all.
