Ooooppppssss

This was done yesterday and its a massive mistake as both ways should be a 30mph and not 40mph. It will be in the local paper next week and I am guessing it will need to be changed to a 30mph.....

It is also very untidy looking as well and to be honest they should have known better in a built up area.
