Awful headspace shift last night - lots of historic abuse calls - worked til 2am and then had to take team mtg so 4 hrs sleep - then met Jemma for her disciplinary support - and they wouldn’t let me in :( got stuff done in town - then pub for dinner and cheerleading and mike met us for a Bloody Mary
