Orca

Thank you all for your very kind comments on yesterday's special blip, and especially for all your stars and hearts.

On our lunchtime walk today we stopped, as we often do, at the bench next to the old concrete Links Battery; it's a great lookout point.
Today we were lucky enough to spot a pod of about five Orca moving fairly quickly through Hoy Sound out to Hoy Mouth. (Orkney)

Extra: There were a couple of artists looking out to sea, but they started to pack up their things just as the Orca approached.  Their attention was away from the view for just about the length of time it took the whales to pass out of sight.  It reminded me of the old KitKat/Panda advert.
