No snow here.

Sorry to rub salt into the wounds of you people 'down South' but it's wall to wall sunshine here with not a hint of snow.
It really annoys me when we hear 'The whole country is covered in snow' or 'All of Wales snowbound,' when I can honestly say that here, in a little pocket of the North Wales Coast, we haven't had ANY snow lying at all this Winter. We have been very lucky.
My problems have been inside the house, not outside, when my oven element went this week and yesterday my entire kitchen was flooded from the washing machine and the water seeped into the lounge! I reckon it will take days for the lounge carpet to dry. What a mess!
