Not as advertised (2)...

After yesterday's burst of sunny delight I set out this morning with high hopes of catching some more bug related images on either the walk to or the walk home from work.

I was a little underwhelmed by the weather on the way in and only managed a few indifferent shots of this pied wagtail with a beak full of grubs n stuff but was still unconcerned as there was always the return journey to look forward to.

Nine hours later I made the sensible decision to take the train home to minimise my exposure to the steady and persistent rain that had started shortly before my shift ended :-(
