BP

I went into the Lambeth office in the morning.
I cycled. I really noticed I hadn’t cycled in a while.
Then I took time out of work to go to the hospital to get my 24hr BP monitor fitted.
I have done this once before. It’s a very annoying device and I know I won’t sleep well overnight.

Heaven knows what the readings will be for 8pm to 10pm as I watched United throw away their one last chance of silverware this season.
