The lost day

I ve lost most of today due to covid vax reactions. I had very little sleep last night due to nausea and aches. Managed to get through work and a walk with a friend ( blip - only photo taken today) then slept all afternoon. I feel a bit better but off to bed again soon so will catch up with you all tomorrow.
