I finally caught the tongue!

The rarities: a picture of a rat that isn't a giant blur.

As she has gotten older and come to trust me more and more my rescue girl Athena has started grooming me every time she's out of the cage. 

It's been a fair while: work has been busy and I've been facing the possibility that I may have to be redeployed off the ward because of my long covid. Combined with the fatigue I am still experiencing daily I have barely had the energy to to more than work, medical appointments and bed. I'm going to try to start snapping again, I need some practice before October!
