Flowery

Lex agreed to take me with her to the supermarket this morning, and it was great to be able to choose my own produce and get my whole grain bread sliced.  I discovered that large, firm eggplants are now easily available - about twice the size of the ones I was able to get a month ago, for the same price.  Since I didn't get the chance to photograph flowers at the store, not wanting to keep Lex waiting, I thought I'd pose the lovely eggplant on a floral mat in keeping with the Flower Friday theme.
