Beautiful gum trees

We went back for another viewing of last nights property as it was going to auction today and the agent said that it was well within our price bracket.

So we booked to see some more properties and drove around some more of the south eastern suburbs of Brisbane.

Made it to the auction. This auction was a little different as they were auctioning about 9 properties and ours was the second last one. We did sit through all of them and just observed, definitely a more comfortable way of attending an auction, but still as awful!

We did bid on this home but we weren’t really committed to it, and glad it passed by our offer.

By the time we left there, not too disappointed, it was late in the evening again. We’ve been house hunting every day this week, as opposed to just on the weekends in the past.
