Friday night…
…is pizza night.
We originally started making our own pizzas to help get through the 16kg bags of gluten free flour I was having to purchase in early lockdown just to be able to get flour.
Got into the habit of those bags now and I think we are about to make our 6th order!
However, the pizza making has also developed.
We bought this wee pizza oven in early April and it arrived a few weeks ago. Made quite a difference to the pizzas we have been making all year.
These pizzas tonight, however, we’re made with Caputo flour. Gluten and gluten free has been purchased and I have to say that’s been a game changer too…they were great!
Grateful for our adventures with Friday night pizza.
