These stones are easily found on the shores of Lake Superior. They are excellent skipping stones due to their flatness and sometimes perfectly round.
This batch was collected in the fall of 2006 for my eldest daughter's wedding.
They were on a table to be picked up and signed by a guest with silver pen. 2 months after they were married my Son in Law was diagnosed with cancer and died shortly there after. These stones still sit on her table with the memories of a hopeful time.
It's been nearly three years since and things are starting to come together now for them.
Hope is back again.
