Longhorn

One of those slightly hectic last work day before taking some leave days, but I did manage to get out on Moorside for half an hour to rummage through the bilberry bushes. 

These longhorn moths are a favourite, with this example being a female Adela reaumurella. There were plenty of these about. I did also find one Green Hairstreak butterfly but they are coming to the end of their season now.

And nine days off to look forward to, including next week, a mini trip home to Wales for the first time in eighteen months.
