Cockatoo Marmalade

Driving back from our village this morning with the Saturday papers, I spied dozens of Sulphur Crested Cockatoos feasting on a neighbour’s mandarin tree. They are a resident flock who swoop, soar and shriek over our properties. I think this neighbour would like to turn them into the marmalade she was planning on making.
