A plea to the pub goers

We had our first night out for well over a year. A lovely meal in the steak restaurant in Musselburgh followed by a couple of drinks in Muss bar. So good to be out again.
We noticed this message on the wall of a close beside Sportsman's pub. The close is gated but that obviously doesn't stop people!
