Silly Balloon Man

The streets are alive with balloons. 
The wikipedia page has a lot of interesting information about them. 
"Man has intentionally filled bladders, especially actual animal bladders, with air since prehistory.
There has been some environmental concern over metallised nylon balloons, as they do not biodegrade or shred as rubber balloons do."


This ICM blip caught the strings particularly well, and was the highlight of my ICM walk around town this morning.
Next Saturday, being the first one in June, is the usual Silly Saturday for remembering 'admirer'. But I always look for an excuse to be silly, any day of the week.
