Not ferns , though we seem to be getting more and more in the woodland , but little corners that suddenly present an unfamiliar view or a juxtaposition of things usually seen from other angles and separately.

This is the old ruin on the path down from my study and was taken after a busy day of grass cutting ( for me) and grass seed sowing ( for Cathleen) .
