When almost nothing works anymore...

Whenthe running direction of the main engine of tugboat "Holland" cannot be reversed anymore, there are two means of emergency appliances: with the upper one we can shift the camshaft by means of compressed air, and when that doesn't work we use the handle to shift it by hand.....that takes some time.
