Awful to see just after I took the picture of a single gosling with its parents the Daddy Swan caught the gosling and drowned it :(

It survived for a while after someone kept thrusting their plastic bag at the swan, but eventually it caught and killed it (in front of children there feeding the birds :( )  

So sad, but unfortunately that is what nature is....  It was the only Gosling for the geese parents (extra).

I went to B&Q first thing and bought some new plants for my troughs at in the front garden, and then to the supermarket, otherwise I've been relaxing and trying to get rid of the toothache that comes and goes, again...

Thankful its a bank holiday weekend!
