Emergency trip to the physio with knee pain today, but all seems good. A reaction to jumping again after so long not . A bit of deep tissue massage, some taping and some exercises and she was good to go.

The grin is because Gary A contacted me to say he could get is tickets at the ROH on Monday evening at staff prices if we wanted. Of course I said yes please. We had previously agreed to wait until Jim and I were double jabbed but this was too much to say no too. The ROH has also done an amazing job in making itself Covid secure according to people who have been so I am relatively happy.
