Pleased to see Jo on my (not) parkrun today. I havent seen her for ages. We are hoping to run on Monday if she is OK after her second Covid vaccination.

It was really busy at the cafe after our run and a U3a group quickly grabbed our benches as we left. So good to see so many people socialising.

Enjoyed some sunshine in my Dad's garden for a while and had a late evening walk with Grayson as A.was out celebrating her anniversary.
