Chinese Fan

Waited 2 months for these fan wheels to arrive via a lazy boat from China.
Unfortunately, the spec was incorrect. Thank goodness I only ordered 2,650 of them.

One phone call later and they apologised, told us to keep them with no charge and are dispatching the new ones via Air Freight

Great customer service but can't help but think some poor Chinese foreman won't make it home for tea tonight.....or tomorrow night
