Busy birds
These red billed queleas have been at the bird feeder and eating the seed off the ground all day. There are dozens of them in the garden all chattering away.
After the strong winds and 30mm of rain yesterday, today is warm, windless and sunny. I just hope this rain fell in the catchment areas as our combined dam capacity is now at a dangerously low level - 11.4 %. We use as little water as possible, grateful we have a borehole.
Hopefully the weather in Plettenberg Bay will be good. We go there tomorrow for a few days. My sister is coming too which is great.
