Migraine & meadows

Beautiful sunny bank holiday weekend.
So obviously I got the worst flashing lights full on migraine I have had for some time.
Surfaced from a darkened room after a few hours, in time for the dogs afternoon walk through the meadow.
Also whipped up roasted Ras el Hanout Mediterranean veg with baked feta. It was lovely with the bread left over from yesterday.
Now sat with a happy full tum and feeling borderline human.
