Pardon??

We gardened all day, showered, poured a glass of rosé and sat down to zoom with all of Mr F’s family as his aunt (bottom left) was enjoying her 90th birthday today. It seemed like she had maybe had too much champagne or hadn’t understood that we were all singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to her, maybe she didn’t realise that we in France, and the others in the Netherlands were watching her look puzzled, or maybe she was only thinking of the delicious cake which had just been put in front of her? Anyway, it was nice to join her for a bit even if we didn’t get to eat cake!
