Busy doing nothing

I am useless at doing nothing . It’s just not me, I’m always moving , doing, planning.
I tried to sit as still as I could for as long as I could . However , four loads of washing done, ironing done, car washed , book finished .
Going to try harder tomorrow. Got Zumba booked for 9am , then nothing on the list . Yet !
