Duck race

Apart from my normal Sunday jobs, today I had a visit from friend R. She had driven Mr P to complete a challenge in the Howgills and then came to see me. While he walked, we visited St Gregory’s church. It is still consecrated, but is not active. It has great stained glass windows representing nature, rather than religious themes. See extras. As today was the annual Duck Race I went with Mr D to see the winner of the race ( main blip), and friend R went to collect Mr P. A fun day. And great weather.
