Sardines

8.5km today. Walked to Boscombe and back. Too hot for me at times on the cliff-top, but thankfully a little breezier on the return.

We met ‘E’ at Boscanova. So lovely to sit outside on a sunny day, partially shaded by a tree. Then bought a few bits at the new Polish supermarket ‘Marlinka. ‘E’ impressed by how clean it was. Even the shiny white tiled floor was spotless.

We returned via Boscombe Gardens and the cliff-top. As expected the Cumberland’s pool, blipped, was packed with foreign-holiday starved visitors.

Expect it will remain busy all week, especially tomorrow - due to be the hottest day of the week.
