View from the top

Today we went for a walk. Between Kilbirnie and Largs there is a car park from where you can walk to the Kelburn Wind Farm. It’s a long steady climb but once you get to the top and head over the summit there are fantastic views. Arran, Kintyre, and even the Paps of Jura can be seen in the distance with Great Cumbrae, Little Cumbrae and the Isle of Bute closer to hand. The sweeping views even stretch up the Firth of Clyde to Dunoon. This photo shows Hunterston in the foreground then Little Cumbrae and Arran in the background.
