Morning, Noon and Evening

Raining to beat the band all night and well into the day. That meant another quiet day for us. Before I had hopped out of bed, my son invited us over for breakfast. The top right pic shows some of the choices although I forgot to take the pic until everyone had made a plate. He prepared everything on their outside griddle - the current ”must have” toy this summer. I will say, his French toast was perfectly seasoned and grilled, as was everything, really. We lazed around most of the day as is shown in the bottom frame. We had a quick visit by my sister and BIL and then our grandson delivered dinner with a dessert shown in the top left corner, a chocolate and fruit tart. Guess we won’t be getting burgers from Red Robin until tomorrow! We are taking advantage of this down time. The next few weeks promise to be extremely labor intensive. Life can run you ragged or give you a little break. Be thankful for both. Appreciate your visits, stars and comments.
