A Squirrel named "Dog Tormentor"

Our Frenchies went crazy this morning using all of their squirrel expletives in their loudest voices.
I found the offender on the side fence inciting the dog riot by doing a fan dance with his tail .
His strongly backlit tail is to my Frenchies what a red cape is to a bull.
