We decided that as we live about as far from the sea as you can do in England we needed to see the sea! So we left the warm sunny garden (with toys and friends to play with) and drove 40 mins to the coast. Where the temperature had dropped by about 10 degrees and there was a very cold North easterly blowing us down the beach. You can imagine the moaning from the kids! Very pleased we'd left a bag of coats in the car as we were all in t- shirts. Ah well, Flora enjoyed her half hour on the beach!!
