Damsel Fly

A quiet morning -  Chris and I fact timed again. and hopefully we will meet up the next time.  After pottered a while in the kitchen.  After lunch - we sat in the garden.  I had seen some bees on the poppies but by the time I got my camera they had gone..   Damsels were proving elusive as well but managed to capture this one on the pebble.  Loved the way the shadow curved.
While sitting and enjoying the sunshine saw the crow land on the roof and saw him get ready for takeoff and  almost caught him.
