Female Pochard

Walked past the ponds today hoping to see the swan family but they were out, possibly visiting those kind people who put food out for them. However, I was pleased to see this new duck which I identified on my return home, a female Pochard. there were a couple of others further away but they were too far off to get a decent picture. So nice to be treated in this way.
