Went round to tell the neighbours that the builder will be starting on Wednesday. They were very friendly so that’s a relief. Did tell me about some building work they will be having done. I don’t think it will be sympathetic to the age of the house ( one of their objections about my application) but will keep my mouth firmly closed! Did usual Saturday stuff and a bit of gardening. The mystery shrub has finally got leaves and buds/ no idea what it is though!
