Cow Parsley in the Woods

We have done quite a lot of work in the woodland at the back of our garden on dead trees and putting in a few more trees and shrubs.  We have never seen the woodland in bloom so this year is an interesting experience.  There is a lot of cow parsley and some pink flowers.  There are some bluebells and some white flowers.  And lots of that sticky creeping stuff for me to have another bit of a go at.  There are also some interesting grasses.  The cow parsley is doing very well at the moment so that seemed to be a good thing to try to get some shots of today.

We have also sprayed some of our patio (about one third) with Wet and Forget to try to keep it looking reasonably pristine if that is not a contradiction in terms.  I even managed to convince Rob to wear some shorts today  - I went to buy him a bigger size so they would not press on his operation wounds...  He is getting along quite well thank goodness.

It has been a lovely bank holiday Monday for once...
