Rhubarb Crumble

You'll just have to believe me - there's rhubarb hiding here - a lot of rhubarb (or look very close).

Forgot all about the rhubarb I bought last Friday. It was time to do something with it.
I prefer my mother's recipes, but didn't feel like going through the hassle of preparing a yeast dough after work.
