The accidental pub crawl

Went out for a short BH Monday walk up to The Hermit and back, however it was shut. We then embarked on a rather unanticipatedly long walk.

Part of the way round the dog was tired and hot so we had to stop for a beer. Then a bit further round the dog was tired (to the point I was carrying him whilst being constantly licked!) and the children were hungry so we had to stop for another beer (and a cocktail) and some food at The Fox. Sat and watched the cricket whilst eating too. Really nice afternoon.

Ready for a lie down now.
