A photograph what reminds me of what you tend to see on Britains roads from time to time, traffic cones. The resulting groan comes upon realising that you're likely to soon face temporary traffic lights!

This however is for essential barrier replacement, thankfully not due to a crash, but in the North of Warwick, and a barrier which was many years old, being replaced by a far more effective one.

There were no temporary traffic lights needed here.
