Fields of Gold

What a scorcher! So hot today. My (Chris) parents came over for lunch and we spent a lovely 2-3 hours catching up sat in the garden. 

This evening we've been out for a meal at a local pub/restaurant, our first meal out in about 9 months. It was absolutely lovely although we've clearly forgotten about the portion sizes of restaurant meals!

On the drive home, the low sun was grazing this field. Beautiful colours and textures, had to be photographed of course.
