Yellow orchid

It's not summer in the southern hemisphere. Hardly any bugs about, yellow or otherwise, but some of the orchids left by the house sitter still had a bit of life in them.

The extra, taken from our bedroom window early this morning, shows a remarkable sky which I thought was heralding the rain, but so far it's only been cold.
